This is a really nice place to live! The apartments are well kept, maintenance is very quick, it's a beautiful complex, and the staff is really nice! Luis, Lucy, Jake, they're all awesome people!

Hi! I have been living at PMV for the past 5 years and I am very happy to live here. I have seen many upgrades to the apartment complex throughout the years. The property is well maintained, and any issues that I had always been resolved in a timely manner. I have always had really good communication with Phyllis, Jake, and Mercedes. They are all really attentive and willing to attend to my requests. I think we have a great community and overall, my experience has been really good.

I moved here about a year ago and I love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The management clearly takes pride in their work here, and the manager is very hands-on. I'm happy to call this place my home and I can see myself staying here for a long time.
